In this age, everything is commoditized. Employers willfully take on a bunch of drones, without brains or creativity. Nope, creativity isn't even actively encouraged. It's all done in the name of downsizing and cost-cutting, so noone expects quality anymore, as long as we can get by. Sigh. 11:38:33 AM
